Shirley is a waitress at a restaurant. On Friday, February 5, 1999, she made her first and only appearence when the MacPherson family took a bus to the restaurant. As soon as she came, Wanda gave her a sympathy card (the joke is that Zoe and Hammie would misbehave and she would demand an apology.)
